Provision of Services, Contract Performance

Your personal data, including email and social media account information, are necessary for us to fulfill the contract (e.g., providing access to the application, AI video generation services, publishing to social media platforms, etc.).

Accounting

If you are a customer, we need your personal data (billing information) to comply with the legal obligation for issuing and keeping tax documents.

Marketing - Newsletter Sending

We use your personal data (email and name), what you click on in emails, and when you most often open them for direct marketing - sending commercial communications. If you are our customer, we do so based on legitimate interest, as we reasonably presume that you are interested in our news, for a period of 5 years.

If you are not our customer, we send you newsletters only based on your consent, for a period of 5 years. In both cases, you can withdraw this consent using the unsubscribe link in each email sent.

Testimonials and Social Proof (Profile Images)

With your consent during sign-up or account connection, we may use publicly available profile images or profile images you provide to us (e.g., via Google sign-in or connected social accounts) in an anonymized and aggregated manner for the limited purpose of displaying testimonial or “social proof” interface elements on our website and in our marketing materials (for example, stacked avatar circles without names). We do not display your full name or personal identifiers alongside such images without your explicit consent, and you may opt out at any time by contacting us.

Advanced Marketing Based on Consent

Only with your consent can we send you inspiring offers from our own services or send you our newsletter to your email address, for a period of 5 years. This consent can be withdrawn at any time through our contact information.

AI-Powered Services

We use your service usage data and preferences to improve our AI video generation capabilities. We do not use your personal data to train external AI models. Our AI systems generate content based on your selected preferences but do not make automated decisions that significantly affect your legal rights.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

• Account Data: Until account deletion or 5 years of inactivity
• Payment Data: As required by tax and accounting laws (typically 7-10 years)
• Social Media Tokens: Until you disconnect your accounts
• Usage Logs: 12 months maximum
• Generated Content: 3 months after creation
• Marketing Data: 5 years or until consent withdrawal

International Data Transfers

We store and process your personal data outside the European Economic Area, primarily in the United States. These transfers are necessary for providing our services and are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and adequacy decisions where available.

Our service providers maintain appropriate GDPR safeguards for international data transfers. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to these international transfers.

Use of Google (YouTube) API Services

We use the YouTube API Services to enable video uploads on your behalf when you connect a YouTube account. By using these features, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google’s Privacy Policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

When you connect your YouTube account, we store OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) in order to publish content you explicitly schedule. You may revoke our application’s access at any time via the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/.

If you wish to delete your stored data with us or disconnect your YouTube account, you can disconnect the YouTube account in the application’s settings, which immediately deletes the stored tokens from our systems.

Cookies

This website uses and stores cookies. These are small files stored in your browser that collect information about your visit to our website.

When browsing our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the site, and which site you came from. Using cookies for measuring website traffic and customizing web page display is considered our legitimate interest as an administrator, as we believe this allows us to offer you better services.

Cookies for targeted advertising will only be processed based on your consent.

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

Our employees and collaborators have access to your personal data. For specific processing operations that we cannot handle on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who can protect data even better than we can and specialize in the given processing. These include the following providers:

• Vercel - Website hosting and infrastructure
• MongoDB Atlas - Database services for user account data
• Stripe - Payment processing
• Instagram, TikTok, YouTube APIs - Social media platform integration
• Facebook - Analytics via Facebook Pixel

We promise that in the future, if we decide to use additional applications or processors, we will place at least the same requirements on the processor for security and quality of processing as we do on ourselves.

Google User Data

If you use our application with Google Workspace APIs, we want to clarify that:

• Google User Data Accessed: We access and use your email address, profile avatar, name, and YouTube channel name (if connected) to provide our services.
• No AI/ML Training: We do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or similar models.
• Limited Data Transfer: Any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is only used for the specific purpose of providing our application’s core functionality to you. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for purposes other than providing or improving our application’s functionality.
• Data Protection: All Google user data is handled with the highest level of security and in compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy.

Important Note: We strictly prohibit the use of any data collected through Google Workspace APIs for targeted advertising, sale to data brokers, distribution to information resellers, credit-worthiness assessment, lending decisions, user or personalized advertisements, retargeting campaigns, interest-based marketing, or any other third-party advertising purposes.

Your Rights in Connection with Personal Data Protection

In connection with personal data protection, you have a number of rights. If you want to exercise any of these rights, please contact us.

• Right to Information - fulfilled by this information page with personal data processing principles.
• Right of Access - you can ask us at any time, and we will document within 30 days what personal data we process about you and why.
• Right to Rectification - if something changes or you find your personal data outdated or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change personal data.
• Right to Restriction of Processing - you can use this if you believe we are processing inaccurate data, that we are processing unlawfully but you do not want to delete all data, or if you have raised an objection to processing.
• Right to Data Portability - if you want to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will provide you with the information in machine-readable form. We need at least 30 days for this.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten) - you have the right to have all your personal data erased from our system and from the systems of all partial processors and backups. We need 30 days to ensure the right to erasure. In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, e.g., we must keep issued tax documents for the period stipulated by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that are not bound by another law. We will inform you about the completion of the erasure by email.

Complaint to the Data Protection Authority

If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority at any time. We would be very grateful if you would first inform us about this suspicion so that we can do something about it and remedy any shortcomings.

Unsubscribing from Newsletters and Commercial Communications

We send you emails with inspiration, articles, or products and services if you are our customer based on our legitimate interest. If you are not yet a customer, we send them to you only based on your consent. In both cases, you can stop receiving our emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in each email sent.

Confidentiality

We would like to assure you that our employees and collaborators who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data and security measures whose disclosure would endanger the security of your personal data. This confidentiality continues even after the termination of contractual relationships with us. Without your consent, your personal data will not be released to any other third party.
